Saab camping!!!

Recently, Colette and I have been searching for ways to most thoroughly enjoy our camping experiences this summer. With hundreds of National Parks within a few hours of us, we would be foolish not to see as many as possible! To make it more fun, we have converted our little red 1990 Saab 900 SPG into a camper!!! Just remove the rear seat headrests and lower cushion, fold down the top half, insert an air mattress, and there you have it - the most fuel efficient camper around! We are in the process now of outfitting her with hanging nets and compartments to stash things. We love our Saab!!

Best ski design?

Best ski design? I've found lately that ski designs have become juvenile and anti-asthetic. I have thus come to have a deep appreciation for ski designs that at least look like someone tried. Here is my current favorite - The '09 Bluehouse Mr.

Little known fact: at the beginning of this winter season, Samuel Williamson Fine Art took on a new role - ski designer for Bluehouse Skis based out of Salt Lake City, UT. Keep on eye on this company - it is swiftly up and coming.

Found this in California last weekend along with some other awesome parts. It's a cluster pulled from a car years ago. I believe it was from a 1982 Saab 900 non-turbo.
